What’s it about?
Sybil Van Antwerp is retired and living in Annapolis. Sybil writes letters- to any and everyone. It is her preferred way of communication. In this book, we are privy to some of Sybil's correspondence.
What did it make me think about?
I need to write letters. What a lost art....
Should I read it?
Maya Angelou said, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Virginia Evans has written a book that has touched my heart and evoked a range of emotions in me. These letters provided a unique glimpse into the inner life of Sybil Van Antwerp. A reminder that we never truly know what is going on in anyone else's life. This book is sure to be one of my favorites of 2025! I can not recommend this highly enough.
